Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to our Site. We value the rights of intellectual property and expect others to do the same. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, copyright owners or their representatives can send us a takedown notice if they believe their copyright has been infringed. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions.
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
- Location of the infringing material and details to help us find it;
- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement that the use of material is unauthorized;
- A statement that the notification is accurate and the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Section 17 USC §512(f) provides penalties for misrepresentation in infringement notifications.
Send takedown notices through our Contact page by email.
We may share information with the alleged infringer.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you believe material was wrongly taken down, you can provide a counter notification that includes:
- Your signature;
- Details of the material and its original location;
- A statement that you believe the takedown was a mistake;
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
Send your counter notice through our Contact page by email.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We enforce a policy against repeat copyright infringers, terminating their accounts.
